Masonville Orchard Sales
We sell our fruit via local farmers' markets in the Loveland/Fort Collins, CO area and through our website. We will provide a list on the "Varieties Available" page on our website of expected varieties each May along with the approximate ripening times. Since we have limited quantities, we do accept deposits to reserve the variety you like and will ship it directly to you when ripe.
We currently do not have U-Pick opportunities available.
Our fruit comes directly from the orchard to you for fresh eating, juicing or processing. We harvest the fruit ourselves (Walt, Paula and a neighbor or two if we can talk them into it!). We do not send our fruit to a packing house for separation due to size or shape. Therefore, you can expect to get various sizes and shapes, just like you'd expect directly from an orchard. Fruit deemed not sellable, goes into our refrigerator for eating or preserving (nothing like a peanut butter and asian pear preserves sandwich). Mr. P & Nemo, our horses, share in the consumption of fruit that is not sold.
Mail Order Sales:
A 5 lb. sampler box is $18.00 plus $14.00 shipping. We ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Our apples and pears are shipped at the peak of freshness. Call ahead to see what varieties are available as availability changes every week during the season. Mailing address: Walt Rosenberg, Masonville Orchard, 4545 Cobb Lake Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524. Click here for order form.
To keep shipping and handling costs down and minimize our environmental impact, we ship in plain brown packages, not fancy boxes or ribbons, just the freshest fruit around!
